Marcham Parish Council comprises 10 democratically elected Parish Councillors. The parish is not warded. The Councillors are elected for a four year term and attend Council meetings in the village hall, Barrow Close, Marcham. In addition, the Council establishes committees and working groups from time to time, to manage the day to day business of the Council, and to explore new topics, develop proposals and recommendations for Council to consider.
