Here are the agendas and minutes of our meetings. The minutes of each Council meeting are published here as soon as they have been approved at the next meeting. The agenda for our next meeting is normally published here approximately one week before that meeting. If you click in any of the boxes, the full agenda or minutes for that meeting will appear.

The meeting will be held in the large hall, Marcham Village Hall, Barrow Close, Marcham. Government guidelines for Covid should be followed.

The press and any member of the public is most welcome to attend any of our meetings. There is a section near the start of each meeting for public participation, where any member of the public is able to speak (for a maximum of three minutes) about any topic which is relevant to the work of the Parish Council. If the topic requires debate by the Council, then it will be placed on the next agenda for discussion. Members of the public are also welcome to observe some or all of the rest of the meeting.
